Providence Lakes is a planned community from Brandon's boom era — two-story homes around the lakes, built in a stretch when developers were racing to keep up. Mendoza Heating and Air is an owner-operated HVAC company out of Tampa — licensed and insured, FL #CAC1824323, founded in 2023 — and we run same-day AC repair across Brandon, from Providence Lakes to Valrico Road.
If your system runs all day and never catches up, blows warm air, or started making a noise it never made before — call me. I'll diagnose it, explain it in plain English, and fix what's actually wrong. If the system is past saving, I'll say so and show you why — with a free same-day estimate on a replacement, $500 off, free UV light included.
Brandon's boom years built a lot of houses fast — and some of those systems were undersized or slapped in sloppy. I see it weekly: a 10-year-old system that's never quite cooled the house, struggling through every August. A proper diagnosis tells us whether it's a cheap part, an airflow problem, or a system that was never right for the house.
One call to (813) 770-2722 and you're talking to the owner, not a phone tree. 24/7 emergency service available.
From Providence Lakes, one number covers all of Brandon — (813) 770-2722.
Providence Lakes is a planned community that went up during Brandon's boom — two-story homes around the lakes, similar floor plans repeated up and down the street. That era of building moved fast, and speed shows up in the air conditioning: undersized systems, leaky duct runs, and air handlers tucked into spots that make real service a headache.
The telltale sign is a house that never quite cools down even when the system's running hard — or a replacement system sized off the old one without a real load calculation. When we replace a system in Providence Lakes, we do the actual math: proper sizing, a duct inspection, and equipment matched to the house, not to whatever was there. $500 off installation right now, free UV light included.
“Brandon keeps growing — new rooftops, more traffic, houses that were built fast in the boom years. Half the calls I get out here are systems that were undersized or installed sloppy the first time. If your AC runs all day and never catches up, that’s not normal — and I’ll tell you straight what’s wrong.”
Usually one of three things: low refrigerant, an airflow problem, or a system that was undersized for the house. We see all three in Brandon. Call (813) 770-2722 — we'll diagnose it and give you the real answer, not a guess.
