Out in the neighborhoods around Tampa Bay Downs, service calls follow a pattern: older systems that went years without a real cleaning, filters left in too long, coils packed with debris. Here's how we run the call: we show up when we say we will, find what's actually wrong, and explain it in plain English before anything gets fixed. No scare tactics, no mystery line items. If it's a small part, that's all you pay for — not a "system rejuvenation package."
Mendoza Heating and Air is family-owned — founded 2023, licensed & insured (FL License #CAC1824323), 24/7 emergency service across Oldsmar and Tampa Bay. Same-day repairs, free same-day estimates, and the common parts on the truck so most jobs wrap in one visit.
The neighborhoods around Tampa Bay Downs are a mix of older and newer homes — golf-course streets where some systems have been running hard for a long time, and newer builds heading toward the East Lake corridor. Around the track, the pattern is the same one we see all over Oldsmar: an older system that went years without a real service visit. Filters left in place too long, outdoor coils packed with debris, condensate drains nobody ever flushed.
The system usually isn't dead — it's suffocating. It blows a little warm, runs a little long, and bills a little more each summer. We see it constantly: a neglected older system gets a $75 tune-up — coil cleaning, drain flush, capacitor check — and finally breathes right again. Same-day service across Oldsmar, 24/7 emergency, and the common parts ride on the truck.
